This one on the surface looks like some sort of service invoice, possibly for web hosting. But after digging around, I found out that ihug.com is registered to a Taiwan address. The contact information points to another domain registered in Texas, US. Going to the last one brings up a site, www.netforward.com, that seems to forward email for $10/year. Now jivaonline.com is a website for the Indian Vetrinary Association. Weird.

Try www.ihug.com.auy. They are a big ISP in Australia and New Zealand. http://www.ihug.com.au/phone/summary.html confirms the "Jiva Online Pty" link.
